Beijing, Guangxi, and Hanoi – three destinations each with their own unique colors, all converging with deep cultural and historical roots. While Beijing impresses with its royal heritage, Guangxi captivates with its magnificent natural landscapes and diverse cultural identity, and Hanoi charms visitors with its ancient, elegant beauty, blending tradition and modernity. Connecting these three destinations opens up a journey of colorful exploration, while also enhancing exchanges and strengthening the bonds between the people of Vietnam and China.
In his opening remarks, Mr. Zhang De Shan, Director of the Chinese Cultural Center in Hanoi, emphasized that the Program to introduce the culture and tourism of Beijing-Guangxi-Hanoi is a practical activity in response to the “Vietnam-China Tourism Cooperation Year 2026-2027”, while concretizing the common understanding of the high-level leaders of the two countries on strengthening people-to-people exchanges.

He stated that favorable travel policies, along with an increasingly improved transportation system, are creating additional momentum for bilateral tourism cooperation. Among these, China has extended the visa-free transit stay to 240 hours, applicable in 24 provinces; Vietnam is also piloting visa exemptions for Chinese tourists traveling in groups to Khanh Hoa, with a maximum stay of 30 days.
According to the Director of the Chinese Cultural Center in Hanoi, the Program combines the promotion of Beijing's culture and tourism with its rich history and Guangxi's vibrant Zhuang ethnic culture and unique natural landscapes. Organizing it in the capital city of Hanoi aims to foster cooperation among the three localities of Hanoi, Beijing, and Guangxi, developing cross-border tourism routes and facilitating two-way tourism.
He affirmed that the Chinese Cultural Center in Hanoi will continue to play its role as a bridge through exhibitions, cultural exchanges, heritage experiences, and art performances, contributing to bringing Chinese culture closer to the Vietnamese public.
