‘C asean Consonant’ shine ASEAN Music Festival 2022

More than 200 ASEAN musicians performed ASEAN music in local languages. The highlight performance at the opening ceremony presented ASEAN solidarity by Ms. Ngo Tra My and Ms. Le Thuy Linh, the famous Vietnamese traditional musicians from C asean Consonant, the one and only ASEAN Traditional Ensemble initiated by C asean, a nonprofit seeking organization based in Hanoi and Bangkok with a mission to create a better collaboration of ASEAN’s connectivity in business, arts and culture.

Performance by Ms. Ngo Tra My and Ms. Le Thuy Linh, the famous Vietnamese traditional musicians from C asean Consonant,

C asean Consonant and ASEAN Music Festival use the soft power of ASEAN traditional music to create stronger bonds of friendship, unite the ASEAN community to shine regional solidarity and positively impaâ economic and social development. The event creates opportunities for ASEAN countries to enhance cultural exchange and promote tourism.

At the event, C asean Consonant also held an ASEAN Traditional Music exhibition where tourists, the local community and all delegations could touch, learn and enjoy playing ASEAN traditional instruments from 10 ASEAN countries. C asean will have activities where ASEAN enthusiasts can join and learn all year.
