In his speech, Mr. Le Hai Binh emphasized that this meaningful cultural-tourism and gratitude initiative reflects the strong collaboration among the Youth Unions of government bodies. The program aims to promote railway tourism, while highlighting the nation’s rich historical and cultural heritage—especially by returning to the sacred land of Quang Tri, a place deeply tied to Vietnam’s heroic past.
“This train will serve as a bridge between past and present, bringing us back to our roots in the most vivid and authentic way. The train is not merely a means of transportation—it is an essential part of this journey of remembrance, helping us appreciate more deeply the values of independence, freedom, and the sacrifices made by previous generations,” Permanent Deputy Minister Le Hai Binh remarked.
He also stressed that in today’s era of strong integration and development, culture is the soul of the nation—our identity and pride as we step confidently onto the global stage. Youth, he noted, are the pioneering flags who will contribute to building a modern Vietnamese culture rich in national identity, and promote Vietnamese tourism around the world.

Youth Union Secretary Le Minh Duc explained that the train carries a profound and emotional message of tourism: “Travel to Love”, love the land, the country, and the kind and hospitable Vietnamese people. Today, youth from various institutions have come together to place that message onto a very special mode of transport—the train—so that every journey becomes more than just travel, but also discovery, experience, and connection.

This not only honours traditional values but also spreads a spirit of unity, ignites the desire to contribute, and promotes the image of Vietnam and the heroic land of Quang Tri to youth across the country.
