The annual event held by the Hong Kong Trade Development Council (HKTDC) will feature well-known fashion designers' brands, catwalk shows and talk shows by more than 200 leading fashion designers from 22 countries and territories worldwide.
The event will feature well-known designers’ collections in men's and women's fashion, kid's fashion, accessories, jewellery, leather and wool.
The catwalk shows will include three concepts: Iconic (contemporary, chic and avant garde designs), Allure (excellence in craftsmanship, refinement and elegance), and Metro (casual, youthful expressions of urban life).
The event also allows designers to show off their talents and discuss trends in the industry.
Participating in this event will provide Vietnamese fashion enterprises, especially fashion designers, a beneficial opportunity to join the world’s leading fashion brands, Linh said.
Linh is a graduate from the London College for Fashion and Design in Ha Noi. His works are inspired by Vietnamese cultural heritage combined with exquisite ethnic fabrics in a modern way. He has won the Star Creation Award, a designing contest held in Singapore.
