The entire new menu focuses on Vietnamese cuisine, bringing diners the typical flavors of regions across the country.
A representative of Vietnam Airlines shared that through the weekly renewal menu, Vietnam Airlines affirms its efforts to constantly improve and diversify the flight experience for passengers.
In addition, with the culinary highlights of all regions of Vietnam, each flight will be a messenger connecting the quintessence of Vietnamese culinary culture to a large number of domestic and international diners.
Right in the air, Business Class passengers will enjoy famous dishes from North to South such as Hanoi bun cha, banh mi with wine sauce, Hue beef vermicelli, Quang noodles, grilled pork vermicelli, My Tho noodle soup...
Besides Vietnamese food, Vietnam Airlines still offers other European or Asian meal options for passengers. The dishes are created and innovated by talented chefs based on sophisticated, modern and popular culinary trends around the world.
With a Business Class snack, passengers can enjoy a European-style canapé option including: slices of toasted bread topped with smoked salmon, country pate, Morazella cheese, etc. dishes such as spring rolls, Thang Long fish cakes, beef patties with betel leaves... processed in high-class restaurant style.
Economy Class passengers enjoy a more diverse menu with stylish new dishes that have a full design and harmonious taste. Economy class snacks are also upgraded on this occasion to provide a better flying experience for passengers.
Not only dishes, Vietnam Airlines also made many synchronous changes to the standard of in-flight meals in August 2022.
For Business class, passengers have 2 meal options, including 1 Vietnamese option and 1 other European or Asian option in the main meal, instead of 1 Asian and 1 European option as before.
Business class snacks also have 2 options including a hot option or a cold option, instead of 1 choice of hot bread/cake as before.
Vietnam Airlines will use newly designed porcelain, lighter in weight and more durable for Business class, thereby contributing to reducing aircraft weight, saving fuel, and limiting impact on the environment.
For Economy class, Vietnam Airlines is researching to innovate packaging and serving utensils in the direction of using environmentally friendly materials to the maximum.
