Being simultaneously honored in the above three important awards is a great significance in recognizing the efforts and achievements, as well as the contributions of Vietcombank in the past year. Overcoming the challenges imposed by the Covid-19 epidemic as well as general economic issues, the whole system of Vietcombank has unanimously resolved to accomplish the stated business goals, continually innovating, expediting digital transformation program implementation, investing in digital technology infrastructure, continually launching products and services applying digital technology, blockchain, artificial intelligence, machine learning... to improve service quality and client experience.
From 2020 to the present, Vietcombank has consistently been a pioneer bank, taking the lead in lowering interest rates, assisting enterprise and individual customers affected by the Covid-19 epidemic, assisting customers in recovery and development, and thus joining hands to support economic development, particularly small and medium enterprises (SMEs). Vietcombank has decreased interest rates on VND loans to enterprise and individual customers by up to 1.0% each year, with the implementation period running from November 1, 2022 to December 31, 2022. Following that, the VND lending interest rate will be reduced by up to 0.5% per year for all enterprise and individual loans for a three-month period beginning on May 1, 2023 and ending on July 31, 2023.

The aforementioned valuable awards are a strong motivator for Vietcombank to continuously develop and improve processes, while also promoting digital transformation activities and promoting its leading role in the economy through various policies to support individual and enterprise customers, thereby contributing to the overall development of the country.
