The National Assembly discusses measures to combat waste and the 2027 oversight programme.
WVR - Today, April 21, the 16th National Assembly continues its working day of the first session, discussing plans for practicing thrift, combating waste, and the projected oversight program of the National Assembly for 2027.

According to the agenda, in the morning session, the National Assembly will discuss in the hall the supplementary evaluation of the results of the socio-economic development plan and the state budget for 2025; the implementation status of the socio-economic development plan and the state budget in the early months of 2026.
Also in the morning, the National Assembly will discuss the 5-year socio-economic development plan for 2026-2030; the practice of thrift and anti-waste measures for 2025; and the implementation status of national goals on gender equality for 2025.
Subsequently, government members will deliver speeches to clarify a number of issues raised by National Assembly deputies related to the aforementioned topics.
In the afternoon, from 2:00 PM to 4:15 PM, the National Assembly will discuss in the hall the medium-term public investment plan for the 2026-2030 period; the national 5-year financial plan for 2026-2030; the public debt borrowing and repayment plan for 2026-2030; and the approval of the state budget final accounts for 2024.
Following this, government members will deliver speeches to clarify issues raised by National Assembly deputies related to the aforementioned topics.
From 4:15 PM to 5:15 PM, a member of the Standing Committee of the National Assembly, Chairman of the Committee for Petitions and Oversight of the National Assembly, will present the proposal on the projected oversight program of the National Assembly for 2027.
Subsequently, the National Assembly will discuss the projected oversight program.
