According to the organising committee, the contest will take place from 7:00 am to 12:00 pm on April 30 at Tuc Dup Hill Tourist Area, O Lam Commune. The official opening ceremony is scheduled for 9:00 am. The An Giang Ornamental Creatures Association, the An Giang Artistic Bird Association, and Tuc Dup Hill Tourist Area jointly organise the event.
