From May 15 to 29, the Public Administration Service Center in Vo Nhai Commune is conducting a trial of an intelligent reception robot to enhance service quality for residents and businesses, while also promoting digital transformation in administrative procedures.
The intelligent reception robot functions to guide administrative procedures, provide information retrieval, and facilitate convenient and swift transactions for residents and businesses. The product, supplied by MISA JSC, is being trialed in reception and guidance operations at the Public Administration Service Center in Vo Nhai Commune.
According to statistics, the Public Administration Service Center in Vo Nhai Commune welcomes approximately 100 citizens daily for administrative procedures. The introduction of the AI robot is expected to alleviate the workload for staff, particularly in initial guidance, information retrieval, and assisting residents in accessing procedural processes.
Not only does it enhance service efficiency, but the intelligent reception robot also provides a new, convenient, and seamless experience for residents and businesses when conducting transactions at the one-stop service section. This trial aligns with the trend of applying technology in public governance, aiming for a modern, professional, and user-friendly administration.
The bold move by Vo Nhai Commune to trial AI robots in public administration services comes amid local efforts to vigorously implement Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW on breakthroughs in scientific and technological development, innovation, and national digital transformation.
This is one of the proactive solutions by the locality to gradually build a digital government, enhance service quality for residents and businesses, and lay the groundwork for expanding technology application models in public administration activities in the future.
