The General Secretary and President of Laos highlighted that this visit occurs amidst the excitement of the entire Party, State, and people of Laos as they celebrate the 50th anniversary of Laos' National Day. This serves as a great encouragement and motivation for the Party, State, and people of Laos, and is a rare and vivid expression of the relationship between the two countries.

The General Secretary and President of Laos highly valued the results of the talks between the two sides, which took place in an atmosphere of mutual understanding and strategic trust. Both sides reached a high consensus on the evaluation of bilateral cooperation in recent times and the direction for future cooperation.
Building on the special traditional relationship, both sides agreed to elevate the Laos-Vietnam relationship to a new height: great friendship, special solidarity, comprehensive cooperation, and strategic connectivity. This demonstrates a shared vision, coordination for strategic interests, and a roadmap for sustainable, strong development and common prosperity for the peoples of Laos and Vietnam.
General Secretary To Lam expressed gratitude for the warm and cordial reception from the Party, State, and people of Laos for the high-level Vietnamese delegation. He thanked Thongloun Sisoulith for his deep affection for the Party, State, and people of Vietnam, and the great friendship, special solidarity, and comprehensive cooperation between Vietnam and Laos.

General Secretary To Lam affirmed that in the current context, strengthening and expanding cooperation and sustainably developing the special solidarity between Vietnam and Laos holds strategic significance. It meets the earnest aspirations of the peoples of both countries and contributes to peace, stability, and development in the region and the world.
On this occasion, General Secretary To Lam extended the warmest congratulations to General Secretary and President of Laos Thongloun Sisoulith, the leaders of the Party and State, and the entire brotherly people of Laos on the 50th anniversary of Laos' National Day (December 2, 1975 - December 2, 2025). He wished the Lao people, under the leadership of the Lao People's Revolutionary Party, many new and greater victories in the cause of national construction and development. He also wished that the great friendship, special solidarity, comprehensive cooperation, and strategic connectivity between Vietnam and Laos would remain evergreen and everlasting.
