Special Exhibition 'Revolutionary Path - Comrade Ho Chi Minh in China' opens in Chongqing
WVR - On December 23, the Opening Ceremony of the Special Exhibition "Revolutionary Path - Comrade Ho Chi Minh in China" took place at the Hongyan Revolutionary History Museum in Chongqing.

The exhibition is co-organized by the Hongyan Revolutionary History Museum, Guangdong Revolutionary History Museum (China), Ho Chi Minh Museum (Vietnam), and a number of museums and memorial houses preserving images of President Ho Chi Minh in China, with support from the Consulate General of Vietnam in Chongqing.
Attending the opening ceremony were Director of the Hongyan Cadre Academy, Secretary of the Party Committee of the Hongyan Revolutionary Cultural Center Xu Guangxu; Consul General of Vietnam in Chongqing Bui Nguyen Long, Deputy Director of Chongqing Foreign Affairs Office Feng Zimin, Director of Guangdong Revolutionary History Museum Yi Xibin; representatives from various departments and agencies of Chongqing, including the Chongqing Municipal Party Committee's Propaganda Department, Chongqing Culture and Tourism Commission, along with over 100 Vietnamese and Chinese students from universities in Chongqing.

The exhibition is meticulously presented under the theme "Revolutionary Path", divided into four parts: "Shared Aspirations: Difficult Beginnings, Building Organizations", "Deep Gratitude: Common Enemy, Anti-foreign Invasion", "Heavy Obligations: Mutual Support, Close Exchanges", "Enduring Friendship: Light of Amity, Writing a Glorious Chapter Together".
Featuring over 230 historical photos and archival images (including some valuable documents about the Communist Party of Vietnam published in Xinhua Daily for the first time), the exhibition vividly portrays the rich and noble revolutionary life of President Ho Chi Minh, while authentically reflecting a special and memorable historical period in Vietnam-China relations.
During his revolutionary career, President Ho Chi Minh visited China multiple times for revolutionary activities, including a significant period at Hongyan Village, Chongqing – the location of the Southern Bureau of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the Eighth Route Army's representative office in Chongqing.

Speaking at the exhibition, Consul General Bui Nguyen Long emphasized that the exhibition is a highly meaningful activity on the occasion of the 135th anniversary of President Ho Chi Minh's birth, the 75th anniversary of Vietnam-China diplomatic relations, and effectively implements the "Vietnam-China Year of Humanistic Exchanges". It stands as a testament to the friendly neighborly relations, continuously nurtured, strengthened, and developed by previous generations of leaders.
Through the exhibition, the people of both countries, especially the younger generation, will gain a deeper understanding of the glorious and radiant history of the traditional Vietnam-China friendship, written by the leaders and revolutionary soldiers of both nations from the early challenging days.

Notably, on the occasion of the exhibition, the Hongyan Revolutionary History Museum, in collaboration with the Consulate General of Vietnam in Chongqing, launched a coffee product named "Comrades and Brothers". It is made from Robusta coffee beans from Buon Ma Thuot, Vietnam, and buffalo milk from Guangxi, China, aiming to further spread the good values of the bilateral relationship to the people of Western China.
