The Standing Member of the Secretariat and the delegation directly inspected the main hall where the 14th Congress will take place, along with several functional rooms serving the Congress. They provided feedback on various aspects including the exhibition space in the main lobby, decorations in the main hall, the press center, sound and lighting systems, seating arrangements for delegates and guests...
At the site, the Standing Member of the Secretariat held a meeting with representatives of the units involved in organizing the Congress.
The Standing Member of the Secretariat emphasized that the 14th Party Congress will review several draft reports, including the Draft Political Report of the 13th Central Committee and the draft summary report on theoretical and practical issues of the socialist-oriented renewal process over the past 40 years in Vietnam.
Accordingly, the NCC will feature an exhibition space reflecting comprehensively on Party building and the political system, the National Assembly of Vietnam, and significant achievements in economics, society, defense, security, and foreign affairs, in line with the spirit of the 40-year Renewal summary report.

Tran Cam Tu emphasized that a preliminary rehearsal is scheduled for January 14, followed by a final rehearsal on January 15 before the opening of the 14th National Party Congress. Therefore, all units must coordinate closely, uphold a sense of responsibility, and complete the decorations, sound, and lighting in the main hall according to the design and updated directives from the inspection, ensuring harmony, solemnity, and protocol adherence.
The main hall, where the Congress will take place, has over 1,600 seats, sufficient for official delegates and guests. From now until the preliminary and final rehearsals, the Central Office of the Party will continue inspections to ensure optimal operations. The Central Organization Committee and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs will manage the reception and arrangement of domestic and international guests with care and respect.
In response to the directives from the Standing Member of the Secretariat, Deputy Head of the Central Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Committee Lại Xuân Môn and Permanent Deputy Minister of Culture, Sports, and Tourism Lam Thi Phuong Thanh stated that the Party Central Committee's Commission for Information, Education and Mass Mobilisation and the Ministry of Culture, Sports, and Tourism will implement the exhibition on the achievements of 40 years of Renewal, develop an overall plan, and assign relevant agencies to prepare, ensuring timely completion.

During the inspection, emphasizing the importance of ensuring security and safety for the Congress, the Standing Member of the Secretariat urged the Party Central Committee's Commission for Information, Education and Mass Mobilisation to expedite the completion of the press center so that journalists from domestic and international media can work efficiently and be ready for the international press conference ahead of the Congress.
The 14th National Party Congress is expected to take place over seven days (from January 19 to 25, 2026). With more than 10 days remaining until the opening of the 14th Congress, Standing Member of the Secretariat Tran Cam Tu expressed confidence that the relevant agencies will continue to strive and coordinate effectively to complete the remaining tasks with the highest quality, aiming for the preliminary rehearsal on January 14 and the final rehearsal on January 15 before the Congress opening.
