For Vietnam, multilateral diplomacy is regarded by the Party and the State as a key element of the country’s foreign policy, making important contributions to national development, defense, and modernization. The year 2025 marks a significant milestone for multilateral diplomacy, commemorating major anniversaries such as the 30th anniversary of Vietnam’s accession to ASEAN and the 80th anniversary of the founding of the United Nations.
