At the invitation of President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin, Prime Minister of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam Le Minh Hung will lead a high-level Vietnamese delegation to attend the ASEAN-Russia 35th Anniversary Summit and engage in bilateral activities in Kazan, Russian Federation from June 16 to June 18, 2026.
