The increasing participation of various units has helped expand the program's scale, forming a network of multi-force connections to ensure support activities meet the right needs and target the right beneficiaries. Under "Xây Tết 2026", various activities will be organised for workers, such as distributing Tet gifts, offering free haircuts, taking commemorative photos, providing health consultations and check-ups, giving essential gifts, and organising safety experience games. In Ho Chi Minh City, the program aims to support approximately 8,000 workers, including 1,000 environmental sanitation workers and urban drainage workers, as well as around 7,000 construction workers.

Nationwide, "Xây Tết 2026" will be implemented from December to February 2026 at 72 Coteccons construction sites, with around 30,500 Tet gift packages distributed to workers.

According to Ms Trang, the program's value lies not in the number of gift packages but in the collective effort to create a festival where workers are cared for, listened to, and appreciated.

After four years of implementation, "Xây Tết" has reached 22 provinces and cities, with 145 construction sites, distributing over 48,000 Tet gift packages, providing health check-ups for more than 25,000 workers, and mobilising thousands of engineers, volunteers, and doctors to participate.

The program also extends its social impact through the "Xây nền ước mơ" scholarship for workers' children and was honoured at the Human Act Prize 2024.

According to Mr Le Cong Phuong, Director of Ho Chi Minh City Urban Environment Company Limited, this is the second year that urban environment and drainage workers have participated in the program. "Xây Tết not only brings joy during Tet but also reflects community responsibility, a humanitarian beauty that needs to be spread," Mr Phương said.

The Xây Tết 2026 program will be implemented through a series of specific events with a clear roadmap, starting at the end of this December. Specifically:

- On December 27, the program will be organised for environmental sanitation workers of Ho Chi Minh City Urban Environment Company Limited, with support activities such as gift giving, health care, and skill enhancement.

- On January 5, 2026, the program will continue for workers of Ho Chi Minh City Urban Drainage Company Limited, focusing on health care, mental support, and improving safe working skills in their specific environment.

- On February 7, 2026, the "Xây Tết" program will reach construction workers at the Sycamore project, combining Tet support activities with direct communication on labour safety right at the construction site.
