Fully aware of the importance of external affairs, Ho Chi Minh City has always been a pioneering and dynamic locality in expanding international cooperation, thereby promoting economic, cultural, scientific-technological, educational, and medical cooperation; attracting resources for development; and at the same time projecting the image of a modern, open, and deeply integrated metropolis in the region and the world.

To date, Ho Chi Minh City has established friendship and cooperation ties with 59 international localities and has actively participated in numerous multilateral organizations and forums, affirming its role and reputation as a trusted partner and an attractive destination for international friends and investors, the Chairman noted.
