An exclusive interview with Nhu My Hoa
Madam, congratulations on your birthday, which coincides with International Women's Day on March 8. Thank you for accepting this interview. Could you share more about Family Business Vietnam Group and your mission in next-generation education and wealth management?
Thank you, The World & Vietnam Report, for this opportunity to share my journey and the values my family upholds.
In Vietnam, many businesses and families face significant challenges when transferring leadership and assets from generation to generation. Without a strategic plan, family wealth can be depleted within just one or two generations. My work aims to help business families prevent asset loss, avoid emotional exploitation, and develop structured succession plans for sustainable family business growth.

The author shares in the book talkshow about the prosperity of families. |
What Inspired you to pursue this field?
Coming from a business family, I realized early on that wealth is not just material possessions but also knowledge, cultural values, and a family’s leadership spirit.
Many of the world’s wealthiest families, such as the Rockefellers and Rothschilds, have successfully transferred wealth across generations through well-structured succession planning. Conversely, many families have lost their legacies due to insufficient preparation.
I aspire to bring these lessons to Vietnam so that business families can achieve temporary wealth and enduring prosperity.
You are the author of the highly anticipated book series “Loss & Prosperity” in wealth management. Could you share more about this work?
“Loss & Prosperity” is not just a prestigious book series. It is a comprehensive ideology on wealth management. It helps families identify asset loopholes, inheritance risks, and strategies for sustainable wealth protection.
This book series aims to develop a dual-perspective financial intelligence framework for families, incorporating principles such as the Wealth Quadrant of Yin-Yang, the Four Noble Truths, and the Eightfold Path in wealth management. These fundamental frameworks empower individuals to safeguard their inherited wealth and expand it with wisdom and sustainability.
I firmly believe that a family’s greatness begins with intellectual foundations, next-generation education, and establishing a Heritage Room—a dedicated library and knowledge repository that preserves and passes down family values across generations.
Finally, do you have any message for female entrepreneurs on International Women’s Day?
I would like to share these messages with women entrepreneurs:
Embrace your femininity, fulfil your dreams, and live in the present.
Invest in and protect your family. True prosperity requires a strategic plan to prevent wealth loss and ensure sustainable asset protection.
Take control of your financial future & spread knowledge. An educated woman is always resilient in life. When we share knowledge, we contribute to building a better world.
Thank you, The World & Vietnam Report, for this opportunity to share my journey and mission. I wish all women entrepreneurs a vibrant and inspiring International Women’s Day!
