Ms. Le Thi Quynh Trang (a short name Trang Le) - President of Council of ASEAN Fashion Designers (CAFD) - CEO of Multimedia Media Joint Stock Company (MultiMedia JSC), is one of the most prestigious figures in the entertainment and media industry in Viet Nam.

Starting from a Master in Finance and Accounting, however, with a burning passion for fashion, Ms. Trang Le was determined to engage in the production and business of television programs in the field of fashion, modeling, etc. She has become one of the pioneers in introducing Viet Nam's fashion image to the region and beyond, and bringing world fashion closer to Viet Nam.

Viet Nam's Next Top Models, Project Runway - Viet Nam's Fashion Designers, Model Kid Viet Nam, Ms. Trang Le also has the merit of creating opportunities for many young Vietnamese models and designers to try to stride on the catwalk at the big fashion-week events at the world's fashion capitals such as Paris, Milan, New York, London, Seoul, Singapore, etc. No one has ever done it before. The abroad trips with Vietnamese models have rekindled her dream of a Viet Nam Fashion Week. In 2014, after many years of collecting experience from the international fashion market, Ms. Trang Le continued to make a new turning point for Vietnamese fashion when she organized the Viet Nam International Fashion Week. As the Founder and Chairwoman of the program, Ms. Trang Le has made Viet Nam International Fashion Week not merely a venue for fashion collections, but moreover, the program has become a meaningful cultural event, becoming a bridge to help connect Vietnamese fashion to the world, and at the same time, to bring world fashion closer to Vietnamese audiences through impressive collections from many famous fashion designs and names of the world, as well as many cultural and social activities during the event. The prestige and quality of the Viet Nam International Fashion Week have been recognized and rated by international friends as the largest fashion week in Southeast Asia, the 4th in Asia after Tokyo Fashion Week, Seoul Fashion Week, and Shanghai Fashion Week. This is also the only international fashion event in Viet Nam that attracts the attention of domestic and international media, influential figures in the fashion industry in Viet Nam and the world, and millions of fashionistas. In particular, the participation of Ambassadors and Consul Generals from big powers such as the US, France, Italy, UK, Israel, Australia, South Korea, etc., is the clearest proof of the program's attraction and credibility. Ms. Trang Le's efforts for a developed Vietnamese fashion have helped her gain the trust of the ASEAN Secretariat, then elected to be the President of the Association of Designers. Council of ASEAN Fashion Designers with the mission of assisting Vietnamese and Southeast Asian fashion designers to develop and reach the world market. During 15 years of operation, Ms. Trang Le has turned MultiMedia JSC from a small private company to become not only one of the leading media and entertainment companies in the Vietnamese market but also reach out to regional and international markets with many prestigious awards and achievements such as Top 50 Most Influential Women in Viet Nam voted by Forbes Viet Nam in 2017, Best Entrepreneur Award in Asia-Pacific region in entertainment and media by Asia Entrepreneur Awards (APEA) (2017), Honorary Ambassador for the European Lifestyle Exhibition hosted by the European Union (EuroSphere) held annually in Viet Nam (2018), Top 20 Self-made Women voted by Forbes Viet Nam in 2020, etc.
