MPS's Department of Foreign Relations showcases Ao Dai on International Women's Day
WVR - On March 6, in celebration of the 116th International Women's Day on March 8, and in response to the Ao Dai Week initiated by the Central Committee of the Vietnam Women's Union, the Women's Union and Youth Union of the Department of Foreign Relations under Ministry of Public Security, organized an Ao Dai fashion show, attracting the participation of numerous members and youth union members.

The event is an activity within the program celebrating International Women's Day on March 8. Lieutenant General Dang Xuan Hong, Party Secretary, Director of the Department of Foreign Affairs, along with other Party Committee members, attended to congratulate and encourage the female officers of the unit.
The female officers, usually busy with foreign affairs, shone brightly today like colorful flowers.
Four teams representing the women's sub-unions of the Department of Foreign Affairs delivered messages about the beauty of traditional culture and the momentum of a new era through their Ao Dai collections. These ranged from the solemnity of traditional Ao Dai, the elegance and purity of classic Ao Dai, to the youthful and modern adaptations of new Ao Dai styles.
Alongside the Ao Dai showcase, the Women's Union of the Department of Foreign Relations also officially launched the "Weekly English Challenge", aiming for 100% of foreign affairs officers to use English as a second language.
Members enthusiastically participated and showed high determination. This is one of the key initiatives that women's unions within the People's Public Security are actively implementing.
