The conference aimed to clarify the core contents, new points, and breakthrough tasks and solutions in the two resolutions. It helps party committees at all levels to develop specific programs and action plans, ensuring synchronized and effective implementation. Additionally, the conference contributes to widespread communication, creating high consensus in perception and action across the Party, the entire population, and the military.
According to the program, delegates listened to the core content of Resolution No. 80-NQ/TW presented by Politburo Member Trinh Van Quyet, Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Head of the Central Committee's Commission for Information, Education and Mass Mobilization; the core content of Resolution No. 79-NQ/TW presented by Politburo Member Nguyen Thanh Nghi, Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Head of the Party Central Committee's Commission for Policy and Strategy; and the action program for implementing the two resolutions presented by Permanent Deputy Prime Minister Nguyen Hoa Binh.
