Integration to elevate the intelligence of women in the Ministry of Public Security

This activity, commemorating International Women's Day on March 8, affirms that women in the PPS not only organize activities to honor traditions but also focus on investing in intellectual depth, innovating methods, and enhancing the quality of the Women's Union personnel amid extensive international integration.

The course was organized following the Training of Trainers (ToT) model to enhance the training capacity for law enforcement officers, equipping them with methods to develop, organize, and evaluate training programs.

The course content focused on key issues such as: (i) Training needs analysis; (ii) Principles of adult learning; (iii) Modern training methods, scenario-based training, and group discussions; (iv) Communication, coordination, and questioning skills in teaching; (v) Integrating gender equality issues in policy and training program development; (vi) Models for monitoring and evaluating training program effectiveness; (vii) Techniques to engage participants and handle situations in the classroom.

In addition to theoretical content, there were numerous discussion, practice, and experience-sharing activities among the delegates. Modern training methods for law enforcement forces were also highlighted.

Not only did the delegation learn from international experiences, but they also shared practical insights from the Vietnamese PPS force, contributing to enhanced cooperation and training capacity in the region.

Notably, within the course framework, Major General Ngo Hoai Thu and the delegation members promoted the beautiful image of Vietnamese women by participating in the "Ao Dai Week" of the PPS women.

The graceful and dignified Vietnamese Ao Dai in the international training environment left a positive impression on international friends, helping to promote Vietnamese cultural values and the spirit of PPS women.

This is the direction that PPS women are steadfastly building: A Women's Committee team with vision, knowledge, and extensive international integration capabilities.
