In your opinion, how can we build an education system that serves people, puts children at the center, creates high-quality human resources and promotes the development of the country?

Education is an indispensable aspect to maintain and develop human life, helping to develop society and the country. The goal of education is to train human resources with good personality, good professional qualifications, strong skills, patriotism and the spirit of serving people.

To build an education that serves people and is student-centered, some orientations are needed as follows. Firstly, deepening and clarifying the criteria of educational philosophy, training programs and educational activities must promote knowledge, creativity, cultivate morality and personality, skills, imbued with child's personal identity.

Second, another important goal in education is to create motivation, arouse passion, and promote the creativity, bravery, intelligence and initiative of each child.

Third, it is necessary to build and train an educational team knowledgeable about educational philosophy and educational criteria to train the younger generation. In addition, educators need to improve their professional qualifications and moral qualities, skills and ability to manage, supervise, and love.

What solutions do you propose to improve the quality of education as well as young human resources in the future to meet international standards?

Educating young people is not limited to activities within school, it is necessary to create practical experiential activities for young people, in close contact with society, businesses, and the international environment. At the same time, it is also necessary to raise input and output standards, strict assessment and testing criteria, and focus on personal experience and creativity.

In addition, it is necessary to pay attention to developing skills such as: adaptability, independence, self-discipline, critical thinking, problem solving, communication skills, social interaction, and teamwork, etc. Furthermore, language ability and cross-cultural understanding, especially the country's national culture.

Educating young people about the digital world, using technology fluently and mastering digital technology is necessary to help them learn, work and connect effectively.

Society develops with an increasingly faster pace of life, increasing pressure in study, work, and relationships, thus causing nervous tension and existence of mental disorders. Therefore, taking care of the mental and physical health of young people is very necessary.

Paying attention and creating opportunities for young people to promote aesthetics and ethics in all aspects of social life helps young people create good products for the community and maintain sustainable physical fitness, to work long-term and make deep dedication.

In your opinion, what to do to have a truly talented, authentic education, moving towards international integration?

To have a truly talented and truly academic education, it is necessary to change the criteria for evaluating rewards and recognition from society. If an education that values qualifications more than the achievements of an individual contributes to changing and building social communities, then that education would slow down the country and the younger generation in comparision with other countries and the world.

To integrate internationally, the country needs young people with talent and the ability to self-study in connection with practice, creating achievements and good products in the process of studying and working.

Furthermore, love for people and humility will help young people listen and learn every day to improve themselves. Young people who love people will find ways to promote the knowledge they have learned and by His creative and intellectual abilities create projects and products that serve the development of people and the country.

The Resolution of the 13th National Congress of the Party on the country's development orientation for the period 2021-2030 emphasizes creating a breakthrough in fundamental and comprehensive innovation in education and training, and human resource development for high quality workforce, attracting and appreciating talented people. The question is how to create a brave and intellectual young generation?

For the young generation to be brave and intellectual, it is necessary for the synchronous coordination of school, family and society. The first is education from within the family. The family must be the place to teach children about independence, discipline, responsibility and educate them about basic knowledge and morality. A child's bravery is formed from the child standing up for himself when he is young, knowing how to do things within the family, knowing how to help, caring, sharing and supporting. Parents are companions and answer questions when children ask questions, this will give their children early knowledge and solid wisdom.

The school is the place to help the young generation learn professional knowledge, associated with business practices and the needs of society and the country. The school is also a place to create conditions and motivation for the young generation to find their strengths and be supervised, given feedback and developed. Create space and experience conditions for the young generation to apply the knowledge they have learned to help the community through projects, develop soft skills and educate about patriotism, gratitude and the value of love for the young generation.

The society creates experiential playgrounds and local union and association activities, promoting the strengths of young people to serve their localities, creating programs to train young generations of bravery and intelligence. through competitions and creative start-up challenges. Encourage young people with international exchange scholarships with ASEAN countries, learn and exchange experiences among young people.

Looking at ASEAN countries, what could we learn?

We can see that education is a particularly important aspect, receiving great attention and investment from countries such as Singapore, the Philippines, Malaysia or Indonesia. It can be said that Vietnam has also taken steps to going in the right direction in education, training programs and international integration. Vietnam's education system is gradually changing to help the young generation develop more comprehensively and create high-quality human resources for the country and to integrate and compete with countries in the ASEAN region and in the world.

In addition, it is necessary to think and pay attention to investing in free training or low tuition fees, creating conditions for children to study from elementary school to high school, helping children go to school fully and develop their personality, educate aspects of culture, skills, and stay away from social evils. At higher levels of education, there needs to be policies to support children in difficult circumstances to study and develop themselves.

Furthermore, the determination to train and implement measures to improve the ability to use foreign languages for teachers and students more effectively will help Vietnam integrate in the ASEAN region and the world. Schools need to have many policies and activities to attract international students to study and work in Vietnam to increase opportunities to interact, exchange in foreign languages, work together and create meaningful achievements, with a common purpose of serving people.

Finally, invest and develop educational facilities to ensure international standards, build research centers for different fields in society and apply them into practice, creating conditions for students' participation in community service projects and scientific research that create value and have true meaning.
