Positive signs

According to experts, labor export to Japan will be one of the explosive trends in Vietnam's labor market in the next five years. Several key factors drive this boom:

Firstly, the aging rate in Japan is happening fast. The working-age population is decreasing sharply. Therefore, the need to recruit young and skilled workers from developing countries like Vietnam is increasing.

Second, the Japanese Government has introduced many new policies to attract foreign workers, such as loosening visas, supporting travel costs, and increasing the minimum wage. This creates more favorable conditions for Vietnamese workers to work.

Third, occupations require many workers, such as processing industry, manufacturing, agriculture, electronics, mechanics... Vietnamese workers are highly appreciated for their hard work, discipline, skills, and more competitive cost.

For the country, labor export to Japan reduces unemployment pressure, increases worker income, and improves quality of life. In addition, the increase in labor export also helps to improve the trade situation and strengthen the bilateral partnership between the two countries.

With the vigorous development of the Japanese economy and the aging population, the demand for foreign workers will increase in the coming years. This is an excellent opportunity for Vietnam to expand the labor export market, opening a very new working future for young workers in Vietnam.
