The guide presents business opportunities within the framework of the Comprehensive and Progressive Agreement for Trans-Pacific Partnership (CPTPP) and aims to provide Mexican companies with better tools to approach the Vietnamese market with greater certainty and efficiency.

The publication contains 13 chapters with practical and concise information about Vietnam's economy, its foreign trade, bilateral trade between Mexico and Vietnam, sectors and products of opportunity for Mexican entrepreneurs in that country's market, useful tools related to the CPTPP, sectoral fairs in Vietnam, as well as useful contacts for doing business with that country, among other topics.

This business guide is also available in electronic version and can be consulted on the website of the Embassy of Mexico in Vietnam: https://embamex.sre.gob.mx/vietnam/, as well as on the following websites:

Vietnam is a nation of over 100 million inhabitants, integrated into global trade circuits, with economic growth rates averaging 7 percent annually over the past decades, making it an extraordinarily attractive market for Mexico.

Among the countries comprising the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN), Vietnam is Mexico's second-largest trading partner and the seventh-largest global supplier. Bilateral trade between Mexico and Vietnam has grown exponentially since the CPTPP came into effect for both countries.
