This task is undertaken by the Diplomatic Corps Labor Management Department, a specialized unit under the Diplomatic Service Bureau, Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
The Diplomatic Corps Labor Management Department, a unit under the Diplomatic Service Bureau, is tasked with recruiting and managing Vietnamese workers for foreign organizations and individuals in Vietnam in accordance with Vietnamese law. The department's activities not only fulfill state management duties but also ensure political security and social order, effectively serving foreign affairs missions.
Within the department's organizational structure, the recruitment and introduction of Vietnamese workers play a crucial role in connecting labor supply and demand, executing the task of selecting and introducing personnel to foreign organizations and individuals in Vietnam.

As the focal point for receiving recruitment support requests from foreign organizations and individuals under the management of the Diplomatic Service Bureau, the Diplomatic Corps Labor Management Department can quickly and accurately provide information on job openings that match the qualifications, experience, and aspirations of each Vietnamese worker.
Simultaneously, the department receives application documents from candidates, guides them through the application procedures, and diligently selects and introduces highly capable candidates who meet the job requirements of foreign organizations, allowing them to recruit proactively according to their needs.
As a result, the department has been trusted by many diplomatic missions, international organizations, and foreign non-governmental organizations as an effective recruitment support channel, ensuring transparency, professionalism, and compliance with regulations in the recruitment and employment process of Vietnamese workers.
To effectively carry out these tasks, in addition to the website of the Diplomatic Service Bureau and other social platforms, the Diplomatic Corps Labor Management Department has developed and operated the recruitment introduction page Jobs for Embassies/NGOs – an official, specialized information channel for Vietnamese workers seeking employment at embassies, international organizations, and foreign non-governmental organizations. This platform attracts nearly 40,000 followers and enthusiasts. It serves as a space to share reputable and quality job opportunities, helping candidates find suitable jobs in an international environment.
Through the Jobs for Embassies/NGOs recruitment page, Vietnamese workers can regularly access updated recruitment information from embassies and other foreign organizations, with diverse positions across various fields such as translation and interpretation, public health expertise, communication assistance, event organization, visa officers, policy advocacy, community development, information technology, as well as support roles like chefs, security guards, drivers, gardeners, and janitors.
