In a meeting with Abdelkrim Benmbarek, Mon suggested the two parties continue their close coordination, enhance discussions and meetings at all levels, share experience in various domains, expand people-to-people exchange, and work closely at international forums.

He affirmed the close ties between the CPV and the FLN, and expressed his hope that the two sides will continue developing their relations as well as boosting cooperation and people-to-people exchange, and sign a cooperative deal soon, creating a firm political foundation for the relations between the two countries.

Salah Djeghloul laid a stress on the Vietnam – Algeria time-tested relations, and agreed to enhance exchange, promote parliamentary cooperation, and support each other at the international forums, contributing to raising the prestige and position of each nation.
