Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh stated that his visit to Algeria is of significant importance, as both sides have elevated their relationship to a Strategic Partnership.

The Prime Minister emphasized that history has recorded the two parties standing side by side, supporting each other in the struggle for national liberation and in building and defending their countries. He expressed his hope that the FLN Party will continue to lead its members in fostering friendly relations between the two parties and nations in this new phase of development.

The Prime Minister expressed his desire for the FLN Party to strengthen its relationship with the Communist Party of Vietnam, enhance the exchange of leadership experiences, and improve the capacity and combativeness of party organizations and members in the new context. He also suggested exchanging experiences in party building.

In the current context, the Prime Minister suggested that both sides should continue to promote solidarity and unity to create strength. He also proposed that the FLN Party support the Algerian Government and the cooperation between the two countries, swiftly developing an action program to concretize the Strategic Partnership that both sides have agreed to announce, and exchange information on global assessments and party-building processes.

Emphasizing “cooperation for mutual benefits; exchanging information and delegations to strengthen trust”, the Prime Minister conveyed greetings from General Secretary To Lam and invited Secretary- General Abdelkrim Benmebarek to visit Vietnam. He wished the FLN Party steadfast leadership, contributing to Algeria's development with important orientations towards the vision for 2035.

For his part, FLN Party Secretary-General Abdelkrim Benmebarek expressed his pleasure in meeting Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh, a representative of a heroic nation, home to heroes like President Ho Chi Minh and General Vo Nguyen Giap, who are cherished friends of Algeria.

Reflecting on the historical relationship between the two parties, countries, and peoples, the FLN Secretary- General noted that Vietnam's struggle for independence from colonial rule has inspired nations worldwide to rise against oppression.

He stated that the two revolutionary parties have led and accompanied their countries and peoples in achieving national independence. Following the recent meeting with the Prime Minister, the Algerian President has decisively instructed ministries and organizations to promptly implement specific tasks, bringing to life the agreements signed by both sides across various fields, benefiting the peoples of both nations, including the cooperation agreement between the FLN and the Communist Party of Vietnam.

Expressing determination to realize the aspirations of previous revolutionary generations of both countries, the FLN Secretary-General believes that the two parties share a common direction and aims to transform party cooperation into cooperation between the two countries.

Sending greetings and congratulations to General Secretary To Lam, the FLN Secretary-General is confident that Vietnam will continue to make new strides, building a bright future as outlined in its development goals.

On this occasion, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh and the FLN Secretary-General Secretary witnessed the signing and exchange of the Cooperation Agreement between the Communist Party of Vietnam and the FLN Party.
