The signing ceremony was attended by senior leaders from both sides, along with representatives from related businesses. According to the agreement, Kayan - a company holding approximately 40% of the market share in apatite mining and export in Egypt - will supply raw materials to Vinachem's fertilizer plants, leveraging advantages in supply sources and logistics costs.
Beyond raw material supply, both parties aim to expand the market for Vinachem's strong products such as fertilizers, chemicals, batteries, and consumer goods. Kayan will act as a bridge to introduce Vietnamese products to the Egyptian market and the Middle East-North Africa region.
