In which, Soc Trang province has 10 prisoners entitled to special amnesty. These are prisoners who have a process of striving, obey the rules well, make progress in the process of reform and labor.
At the ceremony, leaders of the Provincial Police acknowledged the efforts of the prisoners who were granted amnesty this time. At the same time, it is emphasized that those who are granted amnesty need to see the leniency, humanity and special attention of the Party and State. When returning to the family, the locality must actively practice and cultivate themselves, obey the law well, quickly integrate into the community, become useful citizens for society.
Also on September 1, the local police in the province simultaneously announced the decision to grant amnesty to prisoners serving sentences at temporary detention houses; organize the granting of citizen's identity cards and carry out the procedures for the amnesty to return to their localities in accordance with regulations.
