Ambassador Trinh Duc Hai welcomes delegation from Association for Victims of Agent Orange/Dioxin

The delegation included Ms. Ha Thanh, President of the Ho Chi Minh City Union of Friendship Organizations; Ms. Do Mai Khanh, Assistant to the President on Foreign Affairs and International Issues of VAVA Ho Chi Minh City; and Mr. Nay Djrueng, a representative of Vietnamese victims of Agent Orange.
During the meeting, Mr. Nguyen Hong Son discussed the situation of those affected by Agent Orange and VAVA's mission to provide material and spiritual support to the victims, enabling them to rise in life.
Additionally, VAVA is committed to calling on French and international friends to support and assist in overcoming the consequences of Agent Orange/Dioxin in Vietnam.
President Nguyen Hong Son also expressed admiration for the persistent spirit of Ms. Tran To Nga in her fight for justice for Agent Orange victims.
For his part, Mr. Nay Djrueng, who suffers from disabilities due to Agent Orange, is the founder of the charity group "Di qua mua ray" aimed at supporting underprivileged ethnic minority students in his hometown. He affirmed his continued efforts to spread the message of resilience and the aspiration to rise among Agent Orange victims.

Ambassador Trinh Duc Hai expressed appreciation for the significant efforts of VAVA in supporting and assisting those affected by Agent Orange. The Ambassador also admired the resilience and inspiring journey of Mr. Nay Djrueng.
