Highly appreciating the initiative to organize an online meeting between the two parties, Permanent Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Nguyen Minh Vu congratulated the White Russia Party on successfully organizing its 4th Congress. He expressed confidence that the implementation of the Congress's resolutions would contribute to building a strong White Russia Party, aiding the prosperous development of Belarus, improving the people's living standards, and enhancing Belarus's role and position on the international stage. He affirmed that Vietnam always values and wishes to continuously develop traditional friendship and strategic partnership with Belarus.
Standing Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Nguyen Minh Vu also informed Chairwoman of the White Russia Party about the new objectives and content in the domestic and foreign policies of the Communist Party of Vietnam after the 14th Congress and Vietnam's consolidation of the new leadership of the Party and State led by General Secretary, President To Lam.

Expressing gratitude to the Party Committee of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Standing Deputy Minister Nguyen Minh Vu for taking the time to organize the online meeting between the two parties, Chairwoman of the White Russia Party O. Chemodanova congratulated the Communist Party of Vietnam on successfully organizing the 14th Congress. She congratulated Vietnam on achieving significant accomplishments in national construction and development under the Party's leadership, affirming that the White Russia Party always considers Vietnam and the Communist Party of Vietnam as a priority direction and a top important partner in Southeast Asia.
According to the agenda, both sides informed each other about the formation and development process, organizational structure, and activities of the two parties; the important programs, objectives, and resolutions passed by the 14th Congress of the Communist Party of Vietnam and the 4th Congress of the White Russia Party; as well as the orientations to promote cooperation between the two parties to create a political foundation and contribute to strengthening traditional friendship and strategic partnership between the two countries.

Both sides expressed delight at the very positive developments in Vietnam-Belarus bilateral cooperation in recent times, especially following General Secretary To Lam's visit to Belarus and the establishment of a strategic partnership between the two countries in May 2025. They agreed that both sides have many potentials and opportunities to promote cooperation across all fields, from political-diplomatic to economic-trade, science-technology, education-training, culture, tourism, etc. Both sides agreed to enhance cooperation, exchange information, and share experiences between the two parties to strengthen mutual understanding, support, and back the relationship between the two countries for the benefit of both nations.
On this occasion, Permanent Deputy Minister Nguyen Minh Vu conveyed the best regards and wishes from the leadership of the Communist Party of Vietnam and Mr Le Hoai Trung, Politburo Member, Minister of Foreign Affairs, to Chairwoman of the White Russia Party. Mrs. O. Chemodanova requested Permanent Deputy Minister Nguyen Minh Vu to convey her sincere thanks, regards, and best wishes to General Secretary, President To Lam, to the leadership of the Communist Party of Vietnam, and to Politburo Member, Foreign Minister Le Hoai Trung.
