365 days in review
2024, expected to be a breakthrough milestone, opened up new opportunities after the pandemic but also brought unexpected harsh challenges. In the first half of the year, prolonged drought severely affected crops and rice crops in the Western provinces. Water sources were exhausted, the land cracked, and coastal areas were submerged in the fear of salinity. By the end of the year, the North continued to suffer the wrath of nature when super typhoon Yagi swept through, sweeping away everything in its path and leaving behind heartbreaking scenes and immeasurable losses.
Nature seems to be ironic: the more success, the more the price to pay. However, amid all those difficulties, Sao Mai still steadfastly joined hands and maintained the spirit of sharing without hesitation, bringing warm encouragement on difficult days.

Continuing the humanitarian mission
Recently, the Group and several businesses participated in the Launching Ceremony of "Joining hands to eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses in the province - Mobilizing the fund 'For the poor' in 2024 and 'Spring trees' for Tet At Ty in 2025" organized by the Provincial Party Committee - People's Committee - Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of An Giang province. In this event, Sao Mai contributed to the "Spring Tree" fund to care for thousands of poor households to celebrate Tet. Not only that, but Sao Mai also spent considerable money to decorate spring flower streets, adding more colour to the streets and parks to welcome the new year.
