At the invitation of Malaysian Prime Minister Anwar Ibrahim, Chair of ASEAN 2025, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh will lead a high-ranking Vietnamese delegation to attend the 47th ASEAN Summit and related summits in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, from October 25 to 28, according to the announcement of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs on October 22, 2025.
