Prime Minister Le Minh Hung respectfully conveyed the greetings, regards, and best wishes for health from General Secretary and President To Lam and other Vietnamese leaders to General Raul Castro Ruz; First Secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Cuba, President of Cuba Miguel Diaz-Canel Bermudez and other Cuban Party and State leaders.
Prime Minister Le Minh Hung affirmed that Vietnam always values its special friendship with Cuba, closely monitors the situation in Cuba, shares the challenges Cuba is facing, and is ready to do its utmost to support Cuba within its capacity.
Both sides highly appreciated the special friendship, solidarity, and comprehensive cooperation between the two Parties, States, and peoples, which continue to be strengthened and positively developed in various fields.
To further deepen the Vietnam-Cuba relationship in a substantive and effective manner, Prime Minister Le Minh Hung suggested that both sides maintain regular exchanges of delegations at all levels, especially between the high-level leaders of the two Parties and States; enhance the effectiveness of bilateral cooperation mechanisms; coordinate to find solutions to overcome difficulties and obstacles, create favorable conditions for Vietnamese businesses operating in Cuba, and improve the effectiveness of cooperation projects.

Prime Minister Le Minh Hung affirmed that the Vietnamese Government is ready to facilitate Cuba's cooperation projects in Vietnam in the pharmaceutical sector. Both sides agreed to continue promoting the tradition of coordination and mutual support at multilateral forums.
Foreign Minister Bruno Rodríguez Parrilla expressed thanks to Prime Minister Le Minh Hung for the meeting; he respectfully conveyed the warm regards from General Raul Castro Ruz, First Secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Cuba, President of Cuba Miguel Diaz-Canel Bermudez, and other high-level Cuban leaders to General Secretary and President To Lam and other high-level Vietnamese leaders.

Minister Bruno Rodríguez Parrilla affirmed that Cuba highly values its special friendship with Vietnam, considering Vietnam a successful model in the renovation, construction, and development of the country along socialist lines; he is confident that Vietnam will continue to achieve even greater accomplishments. The Minister emphasized that the relationship between the two Parties is a solid political foundation, guiding the bilateral relationship.
Minister Bruno Rodríguez Parrilla expressed deep gratitude for the solidarity, support, and practical assistance from the Vietnamese Party, State, and people to Cuba in recent times, especially in agriculture, food security, and energy, as well as Vietnam's support for Cuba at multilateral forums. The Minister appreciated the long-term engagement and activities of Vietnamese businesses in Cuba, which positively contribute to Cuba's socio-economic development.
Sharing about the economic, social, energy, food, and financial challenges that Cuba is facing, Minister Bruno Rodríguez Parrilla highly appreciated Vietnam's support and sharing in the current context. The Minister affirmed that Cuba wishes to continue closely coordinating with Vietnam to effectively implement key cooperation projects, especially in food production, solar energy, and pharmaceuticals; he also suggested that both sides continue to find solutions to resolve obstacles to ensure the operations of Vietnamese projects and businesses in Cuba.

The Minister stressed that Cuba also wishes to continue exchanging and consulting Vietnam's experiences in renewal and socio-economic development, enhancing theoretical and practical exchanges between the two Parties; he thanked and requested Vietnam to continue coordinating and supporting Cuba at multilateral forums.
Both sides once again affirmed their determination to further deepen the special friendship, solidarity, and comprehensive cooperation between Vietnam and Cuba, founded by President Ho Chi Minh and Leader Fidel Castro, and nurtured by many generations of leaders and people of both countries; they agreed to continue actively and effectively implementing the agreements and commitments made between the high-level leaders of the two countries.
