President Nguyen Xuan Phuc to hold phone talks with Russian President Vladimir Putin

At the talks, the two leaders will discuss measures to boost the comprehensive strategic partnership between Viet Nam and Russia and cooperation in fighting COVID-19.

This is the first phone talk between President Nguyen Xuan Phuc and President Vladimir Putin.
