WVR - On April 29, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh sent a message of congratulations to Canadian Prime Minister Mark Joseph Carney following the Liberal Party’s victory in the recent federal election.

Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh has congratulated Canada's Prime Minister Mark Joseph Carney as he registers victory in the national elections, securing a 4th term for his Liberal party.
With almost all votes counted, results from Elections Canada showed that the Liberals had won 168 electoral districts, followed by the Conservatives with 144.
In a victory speech, Prime Minister Mark Joseph Carney cast the outcome as an opportunity to “stand up for Canada” and “build Canada strong”.
