PM congratulated State of Palestine on establishment of new Government
Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc on April 18 sent a message of congratulations to his Palestinian counterpart Mohammad Shtayyeh on the establishment of the new government of the State of Palestine.

The same day, Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Pham Binh Minh also cabled a congratulatory message to Palestinian Minister of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates Riyad Al-Malki.
