At the invitation of President of the Republic of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev, President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev, President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin and President of the Republic of Belarus Aleksandr Lukashenko, General Secretary of the Communist Party of Vietnam Central Committee To Lam and his spouse, accompanied by a high-level Vietnamese delegation, will pay state visits to the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Republic of Azerbaijan, and the Republic of Belarus; pay an official visit to the Russian Federation and attend the ceremony marking the 80th anniversary of the Victory in the Great Patriotic War, from May 5 to 12.
