Ho Chi Minh City looks to foster trade cooperation with Czech Republic

WVR/VNA - On June 24, Vice Chairman of the People’s Committee of Ho Chi Minh City Vo Van Hoan held a working session with Czech Ambassador to Vietnam Hynek Kmoníček, during which they agreed on coordination mechanisms to boost bilateral cooperation.

The two sides also pledged to create favourable conditions for their enterprises.

Vice Chairman Hoan agreed with the Czech diplomat's proposals because they are very suitable for the need to strengthen trade relations between his city and localities of the Czech Republic.

He was also unanimous on the plan to organising a meeting between Czech entrepreneurs in Vietnam and Vietnamese investors in the Czech Republic in October.

The city Vice Chairman said that the city will send a delegation to the Czech Republic to attend a trade promotion fair in August.
