Gathering experts in entrepreneurship, finance, and innovation in Hanoi

WVR - On July 2-3, the 5th International Symposium on Entrepreneurship, Finance, and Innovation (Vietnam Symposium in Entrepreneurship, Finance and Innovation - VSEFI 2026) will take place in Hanoi, bringing together scientists, experts, and scholars from various countries and territories.

The event is co-organized by the Association of Vietnamese Scientists and Experts Global (AVSE Global) and the International School, Vietnam National University, Hanoi, in collaboration with the School of Business and Law at Curtin University (Australia), the Social Enterprise Innovation Center of HEC Montréal (Canada), and UMI SOURCE at Paris-Saclay University (France).

According to the organizers, VSEFI 2026 is an academic forum aimed at promoting knowledge exchange and sharing the latest research findings in the fields of entrepreneurship, finance, and innovation.

The symposium also provides an opportunity to connect domestic researchers with the international academic community, contributing to the advancement of cross-border research projects and scientific collaboration.

The conference will be held at the Grand Plaza Hanoi Hotel (117 Tran Duy Hung, Hanoi), attracting researchers from 43 organizations across 20 countries and territories.

The program includes two keynote speeches, two special discussion sessions, and 14 parallel sessions presenting 48 selected research papers from over 100 submissions to the organizing committee.

The content focuses on new trends in entrepreneurship, finance, and innovation, as well as solutions to promote economic development in the context of digital transformation and globalization.

The two keynote speakers are Professor Lin William Cong, Professor of Finance, Computer Science, and Data Science at Nanyang Technological University (Singapore) and Cornell University (USA); and Professor Reinhilde Veugelers, Professor of Management, Strategy, and Innovation at KU Leuven University (Belgium).

Additionally, the symposium features the participation of many international experts and reputable Vietnamese-origin scholars, including Professor Nguyen Duc Khuong, Professor of Land Economy at the University of Cambridge (UK), President of AVSE Global; and Professor Huu Nhan Duong, Professor of Finance at Monash University (Australia).

The organizers expect VSEFI 2026 to continue affirming its role as one of the prestigious international academic forums on entrepreneurship, finance, and innovation in Vietnam, contributing to promoting research collaboration, experience sharing, and networking among experts in the region and around the world.
