At the invitation of the Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation Dmitry Chernyshenco, Deputy Prime Minister Tran Hong Ha, will pay an official visit to the Russian Federation and co-chair the 25th meeting of the Viet Nam - Russia Intergovernmental Committee on Economic, Trade and Scientific and Technological Cooperation, held in Moscow from September 11 - 12.
