During the talks, both sides expressed their delight at the positive and substantive developments in the traditional friendship and multifaceted cooperation between Vietnam and Czech; they highly appreciated the elevation of bilateral relations to a Strategic Partnership in January 2025, creating a new framework and momentum for deep, effective, and sustainable bilateral relations.
Deputy Minister Nguyen Manh Cuong congratulated the Communist Party of Czech Morava on the successful organization of its 12th Congress; he highly valued the results and major directions set out by the Congress and expressed confidence that the Communist Party of Czech Morava will continue to play a role and contribute positively to strengthening friendship and promoting cooperation between Vietnam and Czech.
Roman Roun congratulated the success of the 14th National Congress of the Communist Party of Vietnam; he highly appreciated Vietnam's achievements in socio-economic development, improving people's living standards, and strengthening its international position. He expressed confidence that Vietnam will successfully achieve the goals, tasks, and major directions set out by the 14th Congress.

Discussing bilateral relations, both sides highly appreciated the cooperation results in political-diplomatic, economic-trade, investment, education-training, cultural, and people-to-people exchanges; they agreed that Vietnam-Czech relations have many favorable conditions to continue to develop strongly, substantively, and effectively, commensurate with the Strategic Partnership framework and the potential of each country.
Both sides also positively evaluated the friendly and cooperative relations between the Communist Party of Vietnam and the Communist Party of Bohemia and Morava; they affirmed that delegation exchanges and contacts between the two Parties have contributed to enhancing mutual understanding and trust, strengthening the political-social foundation for the relations between the two countries.
Both sides agreed to continue to enhance exchanges, contacts, and sharing of information and experiences; to promote the role of the relationship between the two Parties in consolidating the political foundation and effectively implementing the contents of the Vietnam-Czech Strategic Partnership, aiming to make bilateral relations increasingly comprehensive, substantive, and effective.
