By 2030, provinces across Vietnam assigned to build 271,161 social housing units

Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh has issued Decision No. 444 (February 27, 2025), setting targets for social housing development through 2030. Under this plan, localities nationwide must complete 271,161 social housing units by 2030, contributing to the goal of building at least one million affordable homes for low-income earners and industrial park workers in the 2021–2030 period.
