The supervision aimed to promptly grasp and accurately assess the achievements and limitations, thereby identifying and expanding effective models and innovative practices in Hue City. It also aimed to guide the resolution of grassroots issues, ensuring that major Party policies, especially the 14th Congress Resolution, are implemented seriously, consistently, and effectively.

In his concluding remarks, Minister of Foreign Affairs Le Hoai Trung acknowledged and highly appreciated the leadership and organization of studying and thoroughly understanding the Party's 14th Congress Resolution, which was implemented seriously, methodically, and effectively in Hue City.

The locality has proactively innovated its communication methods, harmoniously combining traditional forms with technology application and digital transformation, notably leveraging the Hue-S platform to connect and disseminate information, serving the smart city initiative.

The communication content was creatively integrated through cultural and artistic activities bearing Hue's identity. The Standing Committee of the City Party Committee issued an action program to implement the Resolution, ensuring progress and clear assignment of responsibilities, initially reflecting the "6 clear" principle: clear tasks, clear resources, clear responsibility, clear roadmap, clear timeline, and clear results.

Regarding the election work, the City Party Committee directed thorough preparation and comprehensive training. As a result, the election on March 15 in the city was successful, ensuring democracy, equality, and safety; the voter turnout was very high, ranking second nationwide; all National Assembly and People's Council deputies were elected without any need for re-election or additional elections.

Minister of Foreign Affairs Le Hoai Trung stated that the team would fully record and compile the city's recommendations to report to the Politburo and the Secretariat for consideration and direction, especially concerning decentralization, delegation of authority, staffing, and essential state management fields.

In the coming time, Minister Le Hoai Trung urged the Standing Committee of the Hue City Party Committee to focus on several key tasks: continue to organize extensive dissemination of the Party's 14th Congress Resolution, ensuring practicality and effectiveness; emphasize the transition from "learning" to "action," implementing it down to each cell and party member; promptly complete the action program at all subordinate party committees, ensuring it is practical, feasible, and adheres to the "6 clear" principle linked with "3 public" (objectives, progress, results).

Simultaneously, enhance technology application, ensure digital infrastructure, especially in remote areas, to effectively serve the leadership, direction, and digital transformation of the city's Party Committee; study mechanisms for allocation and strengthening of human resources to support commune levels, helping to alleviate pressure when implementing the two-tier local government model.

According to the assessment of Supervision and Inspection Team No. 21, the dissemination and implementation of the Party's 14th Congress Resolution in Hue City have been relatively consistent across the entire political system, contributing to unity in perception and action among officials, party members, and the populace.

The communication work in the area has been prioritized and directed according to plan. The city has categorized specific target groups to deliver appropriate and effective messages, making the Resolution approachable and understandable. The implementation is linked with patriotic emulation movements and the local socio-economic development tasks, gradually shifting from awareness to action.

Members of the supervision and inspection team agreed and highly appreciated Hue City's meticulous handling of personnel for the election. The selection and nomination of candidates for the National Assembly and People's Councils at all levels ensured the composition and structure according to procedures and regulations. The consultative conferences were conducted seriously, laying a crucial foundation for the successful election.

The Supervision and Inspection Team No. 21 of the Politburo and the Secretariat will conduct the next inspection round, scheduled for September 2026. The inspection will focus on the organization, operation of local government, and the achievement of growth targets according to the 14th Party Congress Resolution.
