At the meeting, on behalf of VUFO leadership, Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Hung extended his best wishes to the Editor-in-Chief, other editors, and reporters of the World and Vietnam Report on Revolutionary Press Day June 21.

The Vice President of VUFO shared that recently, VUFO has made numerous innovations, improving the quality and effectiveness of people-to-people diplomacy activities. VUFO, along with central and local friendship associations, has carried out many dynamic external activities that have been highly appreciated by international friends. These successes are attributed to the positive, practical, and effective support from press and news agencies, including the World and Vietnam Report.

The VUFO Vice President highly appreciated that the newspaper always closely cooperates and provides coverage of people-to-people diplomacy activities with timely information and insightful articles. He expressed his hope that in the future, both sides will promote more extensive exchanges and cooperation, maintaining the special attention given by former VUFO leaders, such as Ambassador Nguyễn Phương Nga, to the newspaper.

For his part, on behalf of the leadership, staff, and employees of the World and Vietnam Report, Editor-in-Chief Nguyen Truong Son expressed gratitude for the heartfelt encouragement and close cooperation that VUFO has extended to the newspaper over the years.

To further enhance people-to-people diplomacy, Editor-in-Chief Son made several suggestions to improve the quality of information and communications, hoping that VUFO will continue to provide positive support so the newspaper can fulfill its political mission and maintain its status as Vietnam's leading external relations newspaper.

VUFO Vice President Hung reaffirmed the commitment to continuing close coordination with the World and Vietnam Report in external information and communication work, while seeking ways to promote people-to-people diplomacy in an effective and substantive manner.
