Vice President of the National Assembly Nguyen Hong Dien will attend the 153rd Assembly of the Inter-Parliamentary Union

At the invitations of the Inter-Parliamentary Union (IPU) President Tulia Ackson, IPU Secretary General Anda Filip and Deputy Speaker of the National Assembly of the Republic of South Africa Annelie Lotriet, Member of the Party Central Committee and Vice President of the National Assembly of Viet Nam Nguyen Hong Dien will lead a high-level delegation of the Vietnamese National Assembly to attend the 153rd Assembly of the Inter-Parliamentary Union (IPU-153) in Arusha, the United Republic of Tanzania, hold bilateral activities in Tanzania and pay an official visit to the Republic of South Africa from 1 to 8 October 2026.
