In a statement released by the White House, President Joe Biden recalled the event nearly one year ago, Vietnam and the US launched the Comprehensive Strategic Partnership - marking a new era of strong cooperation between our nations.
“Vice President Harris and I look forward to working with Party General Secretary and State President To Lam to continue advancing this historic progress, which supports a strong, independent, prosperous, and resilient Vietnam, President Biden said in the statement.
