Two more patients cleared of COVID-19, total hits 173

Two Vietnamese patients have been cleared of COVID-19, raising total recovered patients to 173, the Steering Committee for COVID-19 Prevention and Control reported Thursday afternoon.

The pair have been treated at a field hospital in the northern province of Quang Ninh.

They include a female patient numbered 52, aged 24, who was hospitalized on March 13.

The other is male patient 149, aged 40, hospitalized on March 25.

So far, Vietnam has confirmed 268 infection cases, of whom 256 have reported since March 6.
