Th Signing Ceremony and high-level Conference of the United Nations Convention against Cybercrime will take place in Hanoi, from October 25-26, 2025.

The President of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, Luong Cuong, will preside over the Signing Ceremony alongside United Nations Secretary-General Antonio Guterres and numerous high-level leaders from various countries, regional, and international organizations.

The event is expected to feature a High-Level Plenary Discussion, high-level roundtable discussions, and side conferences on international cooperation in combating cybercrime.
