Saigon Railway Company offers over 20,000 tickets for Lunar New Year holiday
On October 12, the Saigon Railway Transport JSC announced it will offer 20,000 tickets for the upcoming Lunar New Year Festival (Tet) 2024, the longest and most important traditional festival in Vietnam.

Tickets will apply to trains operating from January 26 to February 26, 2024.
The sale of train tickets will begin at railway stations, ticket offices, and agents of Vietnam Railways Corporation from October 20.
Tickets will also be sold online at www.dsvn.vn; vetau.com.vn and giare.vetau.vn; via e-wallet applications Momo, VNPay, ZaloPay, ViettelPay; and through hotlines 19001520 and 19000109.
Each passenger is allowed to buy no more than 10 onward journey tickets and 10 return tickets.
A one-way ticket from Sai Gon station in Ho Chi Minh City to Hanoi Station is priced from 1,950,000 VND to 2,950,000 VND.
A 20% discount will be applied for students of universities, academies, colleges, and vocational training facilities from January 26 to 31, 2024; for passengers travelling on even-numbered trains from February 9 to 26, 2024; and those travelling on odd-numbered trains from February 20 to 26, 2024.
